| Brice Bonato
After graduating with a Masters in International Business from a leading French business school, I decided to move to London as I wanted to start my career in a fast-moving business environment. A few months later I founded Sextant Properties with Matthieu and what can I say, it’s been a great adventure so far. I’m in charge of the Resale sales team and have developed a unique network of estate agents in many of the most beautiful corners of France although I'm always looking for new areas that might be of interest to our clients. I also deal with the marketing side of the business with Matthieu. I place great value in hard work, organization and professionalism and believe you need all of these qualities to run a successful business. We have a great multicultural team here at Sextant and I truly enjoy working with these people who share my passion for France. Originally from the French Alps, I’m a keen skier and always happy to give some advice to people on the area that I know like the back of my hand having spent the first 25 years of my life there! |
| Matthieu Cany
After obtaining my Engineering Masters degree from a leading French school (ICAM) and a Masters in Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Business School (GEM), I moved to London and founded Sextant Properties with Brice, thereby fulfilling a life time's ambition of setting up a business. I’m in charge of the New Build side of business and manage a sales team made up of people who are experts in their own fields. Over the last few years I have been working hard to develop a unique network of trusted and well-known developers all over France. I also manage the administration team, who deal with the website content, and spend a lot of time working with Brice on marketing, strengthening and developing the Sextant brand. When I'm not in the office, I like going out for drinks in traditional London pubs, swimming, skiing, visiting new countries and of course, enjoying a glass of Bordeaux with some French food in the Nord Pas de Calais where I come from. |

| Remi Chretien
I arrived at Sextant 3 years ago and have seen the evolution of the company through all the hard work and effort we have put in to satisfy our clients. I currently deal with the Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrenees, Languedoc and Provence Cote d’Azur regions. My extensive and varied travel throughout France has given me excellent knowledge of these regions which allows me to give good advice to my clients. Maybe one day I could help you to realise your French property dream! Being from Marseille, I miss the sun and my favourite football team but I really enjoy the English way of life and the football culture here! |
| Benjamin Amaro
I’m in charge of the Poitou Charentes, Brittany and Nord Pas de Calais regions and my job is to help people looking for their dream properties in these regions and to maintain the excellent working relationship Sextant has with the local estate agents there. Before joining Sextant Properties, I worked in international property investment and in French property co-developing which lead to my interest in property business and advising accurately. In recent years, I have spent time travelling and working overseas. I love sports, especially football which I play on a regular basis, and going to the gym which helps to keep me fit. Originally from Bordeaux I also appreciate a glass of fine wine from time to time.

After being an estate agent in Paris for 3 years, I decided to move to London because I wanted to experience a different culture. Joining Sextant has given me that opportunity, adding an international dimension to my career. I currently deal with the Limousin area, which is one of the most popular areas in France for UK-based clients wishing to purchase a property! I really enjoy dealing with people and always do my best to help them find their perfect house in France. Away from the office, I love travelling, sports and experiencing other cultures through the people I meet. |
| Karuna Boodhna
Having worked in the French property market ever since I graduated with a law degree (LLB) from UCL five years ago, I am now the consultant in charge of the Normandy and Pays de la Loire regions here at Sextant. I really enjoy my job helping people find their dream property and love working with my friendly colleagues. When I am not at the office, I spend my time horse riding, shoe shopping, cooking and swimming. I also love to travel; I grew up in Mauritius and have so far visited India, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Dubai, the Reunion Islands and the Rodrigues Islands although I hope to visit many more countries soon. |

I have been working as a sales consultant in the overseas property market for the last three years, helping clients to purchase property in eight different countries across mainland Europe. Here at Sextant I deal with new build properties, using my knowledge of the developments, my excellent relationship with developers in France and my expertise to assist clients seeking their ideal property in some of the most beautiful areas of France. Whilst not actively eating, sleeping or breathing properties in France I enjoy travelling, tennis, going to the gym, socializing, reading and my new hobby, Yoga! |

| Caroline Ellis
I’m a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham with a BA in French and European Studies and a relatively new addition to the team at Sextant Properties. As administrative assistant and receptionist my main role at Sextant is managing the online property portfolio, dealing with client enquiries and managing interns. Away from the office, if I am not on the slopes, I can often be found adding to my ever-expanding wardrobe and shoe collection, entertaining, socialising and enjoying what London has to offer. After having spent a year at university in Grenoble, I discovered a love of all things French including red wine and cheese of course!

| Laetitia Pellegrini
I’ve been with Sextant French Properties for a few months now and enjoy working in such a friendly atmosphere and with such enthusiastic and competent co-workers. It’s also brilliant to be able to put the skills I gained during my university studies in economics and languages to use in a job promoting my own country and its heritage! I have a passion for music – jazz, world music and alternative music in particular – and play the guitar in my spare time. I also love nature, especially the French alpine mountains where I come from. I enjoy travelling and discovering different cultures, shopping, going to the gym, red wine and cheese and spending time with friends and family.

I joined Sextant after having completed a Masters degree in translation and a Bachelors degree in French Studies. I love working in a bilingual environment and really enjoy my work here translating property adverts and articles of interest from French to English, proof-reading and writing pieces for the website. Away from the office, I am a football steward at my local league 2 club. I am also a keen runner and enjoy dancing, swimming, surfing and reading.

The newest member of the Sextant team, I recently graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in English and French. I assist with the management of Sextant’s online property portfolio, and research and write French lifestyle pieces for our blog and website. When not at my desk, I spend my time horse riding, cooking and enjoying all that London has to offer. I am also a keen knitter and am passionate about travel; I grew up in Luxembourg, and have spent time working in France, Germany and the US. Last summer I visited Bolivia and Peru which was a fantastic, if somewhat challenging, experience!
