After obtaining my Engineering Masters degree from a leading French school (ICAM) and a Masters in Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Business School (GEM), I moved to London and founded Sextant Properties with Brice, thereby fulfilling a life time's ambition of setting up a business. I’m in charge of the New Build side of business and manage a sales team made up of people who are experts in their own fields. Over the last few years I have been working hard to develop a unique network of trusted and well-known developers all over France. I launched the mortgage department and currently manage the team of Mortgage Brokers. I also supervise the administration team, who deal with the website content, and spend a lot of time working on marketing, strengthening and developing the Sextant brand. When I'm not in the office, I like going out for drinks in traditional London pubs, swimming, skiing, visiting new countries and of course, enjoying a glass of Bordeaux with some French food in the North of France where I come from.
After graduating with a Masters in International Business from a leading French business school, I decided to move to London as I wanted to start my career in a fast-moving business environment. A few months later I founded Sextant Properties with Matthieu and what can I say, it’s been a great adventure so far. I’m in charge of the Resale sales team and have developed a unique network of estate agents in many of the most beautiful corners of France although I'm always looking for new areas that might be of interest to our clients. I also deal with the marketing side of the business with Matthieu. I place great value in hard work, organization and professionalism and believe you need all of these qualities to run a successful business. We have a great multicultural team here at Sextant and I truly enjoy working with these people who share my passion for France. Originally from the French Alps, I’m a keen skier and always happy to give some advice to people on the area that I know like the back of my hand having spent the first 25 years of my life there!
I was awarded a BTS in Force de Vente in Rennes in the Brittany region of France before moving to London 11 years ago. Originally, the plan was to stay for 6 months but I've enjoyed my time here so much that I ended up staying an extra 10 and a half years. Today, I must be one of the few people who speaks English with a French accent and French with an English accent! My professional experience is largely based in sales: from luxury products, to a letting agency and even the serviced office industry. At Sextant, I’m in charge of properties in Normandy (where I was born), Brittany (where I grew up), the west of France, the Côte d'Azur and the French Alps. From the first visit to the final signing of the deed of sale, I really enjoy helping people on their journey to finding their dream property in France. When I'm not in the office, I'm a keen sportsman my favourite sports including football, basketball and pétanque - I was even regional champion in 1995!
After studying camera technique and cinema in France, I decided to come to London 4 years ago. Before joining Sextant, I have been in charge of managing the accounts for a French company supplying dairy products to London’s best hotels and restaurants. So far, my professional experience has been based in helping people and resolving problems. And this is what I like to do. Sextant is for me the opportunity to strengthen even more my skills and learn every day the whys and wherefores of the real estate’s rules and procedures. It is exciting!
At Sextant, I will help you out finding your dream property and I will make sure that everything goes smoothly from the first time we speak to the signature of the final deed of sale.
And if you are looking to buy a property in the south of France, I could even be able to give you some tips and great hidden Mediterranean spots you wouldn’t find in your lonely planet guide! I am myself from Perpignan and I can help you in Spanish too.
Outside of the office, you will hear me playing guitar and you’ll find me shooting in London or enjoying a drink with my colleagues (we’re a happy team!).
After completing my MSc at ESSEC Business School, I decided to start my career in Real Estate Private Equity in London.
Sextant French properties seemed like a natural step forward to discover another real estate sector in addition to gaining invaluable experience in an ambitious company which has grown to be market leader in its sector over the past few years.
My main duties as part of the Sextant Properties investment team include advising clients on their investment projects and finding the most suitable investments for them. I also assess the capital growth rental income of the investment.
Originally from Paris, in my spare time I enjoy cooking, travelling, and discovering new places in London.
After graduating with a master degree at the Edhec Business School, and almost ten years of working experiences in retail, I moved to London to give a new direction to my career. My professional experiences are mainly sales related: whether my recruitment consulting role at the beginning of my career or being investment Consultant at Sextant French Properties, I have always endeavoured my best to achieve my targets with the same idea: respect and listening of your interlocutor, and the result will be.
At Sextant I am in charge of buy-to-let property investments; you come from France or another country, and you want to make an investment to secure your family, to get another income, or just to get your own property and enjoy a couple of weeks in France, I am the right person to help you to achieve your project.
Out of Sextant, I enjoy travelling, practicing sports, and like a real French, cooking a lot in my spare time.
At Sextant I am in charge of liaising with French Notaires.
I follow up files from the accepted offer to the completion of the final deed of sale, including the drafting of the “compromis de vente”. I will be more than happy to help you through the French red tape in order to make it hassle free for you.
I graduated in notary law in 2012 and worked for two years in a Notaire office near Paris, so I will be able to inform you regarding the legal process of sale and purchase in France.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, reading novels, and planning new trips! Being born in the Paris region, I also enjoy coming back to my hometown to (re)discover Paris as a tourist!
I have been working with Sextant Properties Network since August 2011. Being originally Polish, growing up in Brussels and having studied European Law in ESLA University in London, I have developed multilingual skills that I am confidently using here at Sextant. My main duties are managing the sales mandates, dealing with our vendors from the beginning up to the sale, updating our properties portfolios on our Sextant Prestige, Sextant New Build and Sextant Properties websites, looking after the interns and dealing with journalists providing them necessary information in order to market our properties in the media in the best possible way. In private I am a "fresh mum" of an active toddler, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, modern and street art, reading fiction, travelling and of course shopping with my baby girl!
After completing my degree in French and Spanish at the University of Manchester in June this year and having spent 6 months at the Sorbonne in Paris and a few months working in the Vendée region, I was eager to continue using my French skills. Sextant French properties seemed like a natural step forward: a chance to continue practicing (and improving!) my French in addition to garnering invaluable experience in an ambitious company which has grown to be market leader in its sector. My main duties as part of the Sextant Properties marketing team include uploading property advertisements, translating articles from French to English, writing articles for Sextant’s blog and liaising with journalists. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, travelling, visiting exhibitions and playing tennis.
Currently studying foreign languages applied to international business at the University of Nantes, I do an internship at Sextant properties. Working in London allows me improving my skills in English, which are necessary in international trade. What I do within the company is translating estate adverts from French into English, writing articles bout culture and real estate in France and creating marketing contents. I also enjoy skiing, reading, and practicing Modern and African dance.
As part of my studies at the University of Nantes, I am undertaking a 6-month internship here at Sextant Properties. The role offers me the opportunity to gain further experience in a professional setting and to develop my communication skills. As part of the mortgage team my main duties include translating articles from French to English, writing articles on French culture and the housing market and learning about the brokerage process. I am learning a great deal about the property industry and I enjoy working with a great team. Working in London is an exciting chance to deal with people from different cultures. Out of the office, I enjoy travelling, going to the cinema and spending time with friends.
