These three apartments are in a large private house is located in Paris 16 Foch and comes with 50 sqm of land. Altogether, each apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room, one bedroom (one apartment has a master bedroom), one bathroom (the apartment with the master bedroom also has an en suite), one shower room, a wc, and one has a study. The apartment on the third floor is a triplex and has a small terrace/balcony and a summer kitchen. The layout of the apartment on the first floor (82.6 sqm) is as follows- courtyard (5.4 sqm), entrance hall, living room, American style equipped kitchen, bedroom, study, bathroom with wc, shower room, wc and a dressing room. The building has a lift, and in the basement has a utility room and a cellar. The apartment is in the 16th district, in the western part of the city and known as the posh area of Paris, the 16th arrondissement is one of the most interesting in matters of architecture. The northern part of the district is made of well designed avenues converging to the Place de l’Etoile and to the avenue Foch, the most expensive place to live. The rest of the district consists in two former villages, Passy and Auteuil, now pleasant quarters. Auteuil, in the southern part of the district, is very interesting for its architecture and the streets offer many surprises. Among others, one can admire the magnificent Castel Beranger by the French Art Nouveau architect Hector Guimard. Here the stone is sculpted in free forms, and balcony wrought iron is both light and extremely elegant. While Paris contains relatively few parks, it contains two woods. The Bois de Vincennes belongs to the 12th district on the eastern Paris, and the Bois de Boulogne occupies the western half of the 16th district. It's a nice place to walk on Sundays. It contains two racecourses: Auteuil and Longchamp. Jardins de Bagatelle will be of interest for flower lovers. Jardin Shakespeare reproduces landscapes from the Bard's plays. Grande Cascade, near the Longchamp racecourse, is an artificial waterfall. In terms of amenities, everything is very close by.
